Certified General Appraiser, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor

Third generation Realtor Appraiser specializing in residential appraisals. Presenting appraisal and real estate courses for continuing education is a passion of mine, along with presenting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course to appraisers. I present courses through my PA real estate appraisal school, Bradley Consultants, as well as through various education providers. I am a certified general appraiser, a PA Real Estate Associate Broker, and I am an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, teaching the national competency and ethical standards to which all appraisers must adhere. I hold the Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation from the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC). As a review appraiser for the Pennsylvania Department of State, I perform USPAP compliant reviews and forensic review assignments. I serve as chair of the Real Property Valuation Committee for the National Association of Realtors as well as many other appraisal-related committees.
